Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Eulogy Writer AI, a service operated by FAST AI LABS LTD. By using the app, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms.
The service
Eulogy Writer AI helps you draft, revise, practice and export a eulogy from information you provide. AI-generated text can be incomplete or unsuitable for a particular family, faith or service. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and deciding whether to deliver or share any output.
Your content
You retain your rights in the memories and other material you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to process, store and return that material while providing the service. You may use the generated output for personal memorial and speaking purposes, subject to law and third-party rights.
Purchases, allowances and subscriptions
The one-time unlock is a non-consumable in-app purchase linked to your Apple Account. It unlocks one eulogy plus revisions, practice and export. An active Family Pass permits additional eulogies, subject to fair-use controls of up to 10 new eulogies and 30 revisions per account per hour. The Family Pass renews weekly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are managed by Apple. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings and use Restore Purchases inside the app.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate law, infringe another person’s rights, harass or threaten others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service or submit material you do not have the right to use.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every generated sentence will be accurate or suitable. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Changes and governing law
We may update the service or these terms and will post the revised date here. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory protections of the country where you live.
