Email support@eulogywriter.site. Include the app version and a short description of what happened. Never send a password, full purchase receipt or private family memory by email.
Restore a purchase
Open Eulogy Writer AI → You → Restore Purchases. Make sure the device uses the same Apple Account that made the purchase.
Manage the Family Pass
Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Eulogy Writer AI. Billing and refund decisions are handled by Apple.
Delete your account
Open Eulogy Writer AI → You → Delete Account. This removes your eulogies and personal account fields from our active systems. Deleting the app alone does not cancel an Apple subscription.
